Job Summary

Makes and serves coffee/espresso drinks and related food and beverage items. Handles food according to HACCP standards. Interacts with customers and staff in a friendly manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepares espresso orders using standard measures and recipes.
• Enters orders accurately; accepts cash and card payments.
• Replenishes condiments, beverages, and supplies; maintains cleanliness.
• Ensures proper presentation, portion control, and serving temperatures.
• Maintains sanitation of equipment, supplies, and utensils.
• Follows recipes and production standards for food prep.
• Keeps display equipment clean during service.
• Cleans workstation before leaving.
• Greets customers courteously; relays concerns to supervisors.
• Serves customers efficiently, avoiding delays.
• Explains menu items accurately.
• Assists in selling and customer decision-making.
• Merchandises display foods attractively and serves food neatly.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
