The resort emphasizes guest experience and safety in a resort setting. Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma (or equivalent), and a valid San Bernardino County Food Handler's Certificate with RBS certification.

• Monitor inventory levels and restock products as needed.
• Perform opening and closing duties according to department procedures.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety regulations.
• Maintain proper uniform and grooming standards.
• Stay informed about resort events, promotions, and services to assist guests.

About our property: Lake Arrowhead Resort and Spa is nestled high atop the majestic San Bernardino Mountains at an elevation of 5,174'. This Resort is surrounded by an ocean of Ponderosa Pines and gives guests exclusive access to Lake Arrowhead, a reservoir with a surface area of 780 acres. Lake Arrowhead is the perfect location for outdoor adventure enthusiasts and offers a variety of summertime and wintertime activities including hiking, mountain biking, fishing, kayaking, water skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, ziplining, and more. The resort includes a Bar & Restaurant, Spa & Wellness Center, Outdoor Pool & Lake Beach as well as over 23,000 sq. ft of meeting and events space.

The Barista provides exceptional guest service by preparing and serving coffee, espresso beverages, specialty drinks, and light food items. This position ensures a welcoming atmosphere, maintains cleanliness and food safety standards, and accurately processes guest transactions.
