Job summary

Valor Hospitality Partners, LLC is seeking a Barista for the Hilton College Station in College Station, TX. The role reports to the Beverage Manager and involves set-up, drink mixing, service and clean-up of the coffee bar area while upholding quality service and brand standards.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent and 3–6 months in a food/beverage setting, with the ability to mix drinks, multitask and provide exceptional service in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Provide exceptional service to all guests. Able to multitask and handle all the equipment especially in a bar that uses modern technology. Must have manual coordination to punch buttons, grasp items in hand and to balance and carry trays loaded with food and beverage. Able to read, speak, and understand English.
