+ We are hiring immediately for a part-time BARISTA position.

+ Location: Sanofi CX Office Starbucks - 450 Water Street, Cambridge, MA 02141. Note: online applications accepted only.

+ Schedule: Part-time, with shifts from 7:00 am - 11:00 am or 2:00 pm - 6:30 pm. Days may vary. More information upon interview.

+ Requirement: Prior barista experience preferred. Some Starbucks knowledge is a plus!

+ Pay Range: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Job Summary: Makes and serves coffee/espresso drinks and related food and beverage items, following HACCP guidelines. Interacts courteously with customers and team members. Responsibilities include:

1. Preparing espresso orders using standard measures and recipes.
2. Accurately entering orders into POS and accepting payments.
3. Replenishing supplies and maintaining cleanliness.
4. Ensuring proper presentation, portion control, and serving temperatures.
5. Maintaining sanitation of equipment and work area.
6. Following recipes and standards for food preparation.
7. Keeping display areas clean and attractive.
8. Cleaning equipment and workstation thoroughly.
9. Greeting customers courteously and ensuring satisfaction.
10. Serving efficiently and explaining menu items.
11. Using selling techniques to assist customer decisions.
12. Ensuring food display is attractive and serving food neatly.
13. Performing other duties as assigned.
