Job summary

Eurest USA is looking for a dedicated Barista (Part Time) at Capital One Seaport in Boston. This role involves preparing espresso orders, handling payments, and maintaining cleanliness while ensuring customer satisfaction. Compensation

Qualifications

• Barista and customer‑service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare espresso orders for customers and catering using standard measures and recipes.
• Enter orders accurately into POS device and accept cash and charge payments.
• Replenish condiments, beverages, and general supplies while maintaining cleanliness of the service area.
• Ensure proper presentation, portion control and maintenance of proper serving temperatures; follow HACCP standards.
• Maintain sanitation and orderliness of all equipment, supplies and utensils.
• Ensure proper food preparation using approved recipes and following prescribed production standards.
• Keep display equipment clean and free of debris during meal service.
• Clean equipment and workstation thoroughly before leaving the area for other assignments.
• Greet customers courteously and interact in a manner to ensure customer satisfaction; relay relevant concerns to supervisors.
• Serve customers quickly and efficiently, preventing delays in serving lines.
• Demonstrate a complete understanding of daily menu items and accurately explain them to customers.
• Advocate selling techniques to the customer by establishing good communication and assisting in the buying decision‑making process.
• Ensure all display foods are merchandised attractively per standards and serve food neatly and attractively per standard.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
