Job Summary

Summary: Prepares and serves coffee/espresso drinks and related food and beverage items, handles food according to HACCP standards, and interacts courteously with customers and staff.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepares espresso orders using standard measures and recipes.
• Enters orders accurately, accepts payments.
• Replenishes supplies, maintains cleanliness.
• Ensures proper presentation, temperatures, and HACCP standards.
• Maintains sanitation of equipment and work areas.
• Follows recipes and production standards for food prep.
• Ensures display and serving areas are attractive and clean.
• Greets customers courteously, addresses concerns, and explains menu items.
• Serves efficiently, prevents delays, and promotes sales techniques.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
