Job summary

The Adolphus, a landmark Dallas hotel, seeks a passionate barista who loves delivering exceptional coffee experiences. You will craft beverages, educate guests on offerings, and tailor recommendations to preferences while maintaining a warm, welcoming approach.

Required is strong customer service and knowledge of brewing equipment. Prior barista experience is highly preferred, with a commitment to teamwork and operating safely in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

• Prior experience as a barista is highly preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of coffee, tea and other drink recipes.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to explain offerings to guests.

We seek caffeine lovers and connoisseurs. This individual is knowledgeable and passionate about coffee and takes pride in crafting the perfect beverage for all they serve. Your primary role will be delivering impeccable product and educating our customers on our offerings while making recommendations based on their preferences. To be successful in this role, you should have strong customer service skills and knowledge of how brewing equipment operates.

Requested Tasks

• Authentically acknowledge and welcome guests with emphatic and warm hospitality
• Remain curious and knowledgeable about all product and service standards in order to elevate each guest experience
• Remains efficient, clean and organized; always working to code while multitasking
• Remaining mindful of appropriate verbiage and demeanor with team members and guests at all times

Requested Capabilities

• Prior experience as a barista highly preferred
