Job summary

Gopuff is seeking Operations Associates, Baristas in Richmond, VA to blend operational excellence with food and beverage prep. You may prepare handcrafted beverages, manage inventory, and keep the facility organized to ensure accurate, high-quality orders for customers.

You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, restock shelves, prepare items to spec, and support inbound deliveries. This role emphasizes attention to detail and adaptability.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Experience in food service, retail, or operations is helpful but not required.
• Team mindset with strong collaboration and communication.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new technology and multi-step processes.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, push, pull, and lift up to 49 lbs.
• Flexible schedules including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quality Starbucks beverages and food items by following recipes, production cards, and standards.
• Receive, unpack, and replenish product deliveries; confirm inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Pick, pack, and stage customer orders with speed and precision.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness across kitchen, café, and facility spaces.
• Monitor and record temperature-sensitive food items per safety standards.
• Complete required Starbucks training and uphold safety, sanitation, and compliance standards.
• Perform other duties based on business needs.
