Qualifications

• 1+ years' experience in customer service, hospitality or coffee.
• 18+ years of age.
• Able to lift 25+ lbs and stand for long periods.
• Availability for part-time or full-time shifts, including weekends.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. with I-9/E-Verify.

Responsibilities

• Delight customers with welcoming, engaging service and build regulars.
• Work within a world-class coffee program using top equipment.
• Complete training to ensure proper food/beverage handling and freshness.
• Maintain par levels and reduce waste during peak and off-peak times.
• Uphold Local Department of Health standards.
• Adhere to product, service and brand playbooks.
• Collaborate with Operations and Marketing to increase foot traffic and sales.
