ECI Management Group is looking to hire Baristas in Northwest Fort Worth.

Baristas are expected to educate customers on our drinks menu, make recommendations based on their preferences, up-sell special items, and take orders. To be successful in this role, you should have customer service skills and knowledge of how brewing equipment operates. You should also be able to work various shifts. Note: this position’s compensation includes salary and tips.

Ultimately, you’ll ensure an excellent drinking experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they enter
• Provide customers with drink menus and answer questions regarding ingredients
• Take orders while paying attention to details such as
  • preferences of coffee blend
  • dairy vs. non-dairy options
  • sugar ratios
• Prepare beverages following recipes
• Serve beverages
• Serve prepared food like
  • cookies
  • pastries
  • muffins
• Receive and process payments (cash and credit cards)
• Keep the bar area clean
• Check if brewing equipment operates properly
• Report any maintenance needs
• Comply with health and safety regulations
• Communicate customer feedback and recommend new menu items to managers

Hours: various shifts available from 7:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday - Friday
