Job summary

TOAST Temecula is seeking a Barista passionate about guest experience in a high-energy, brunch-focused setting in Temecula, CA. You’ll craft coffee and cocktails, engage guests, and contribute to a fun atmosphere through creative drink ideas.

Requirements include 21+, valid beverage service certificate, 1 year+ barista/restaurant experience, and strong English communication. Base wage is $16.90/hour + tips, with earning potential around $29/hour depending on shift and volume.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must be able to obtain Responsible Beverage Service Certificate.
• Must have at least 1 year Barista and/or Restaurant experience.
• Excellent verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests at counter and handle take-out orders.
• Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and cocktails.
• Restock bar inventory and prep stations.
• Maintain clean and sanitary bar surfaces and glassware.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and restocking.
