Intelligentsia is seeking a Barista for our Millennium Park Coffeebar in Chicago. The starting wage is $17.47/hr with potential to reach $19.22/hr after training and certification; tips average $5.00–$7.00/hr.

The role includes a comprehensive training program and opportunities for growth within a unionized shop. We offer full benefits after 20 hours/week, paid time off, holidays, commuter benefits, and a company-supported pathway for advancement.

The starting wage for a Barista in Millennium Park is $17.47/hr. There is an extensive training program and a new hire generally should become full-bar capable within 90 days. After certification, the pay rate improves to $19.22/hr. The position is eligible for tips. These average $5.00 -7.00/hr. Baristas in our Chicago Coffeebars are part of the IBEW Local 1220 union.
