Job summary

Beans & Brews Coffee House in Melissa, TX is hiring baristas who are enthusiastic, reliable and love coffee. You will enjoy learning more about our drinks, and you’ll help create memorable guest experiences inside the café and through the drive-thru as part of a welcoming team.

You will prepare beverages with espresso machines, keep the cafe clean and organized, follow recipes and routines, and handle basic cash and POS tasks.

Qualifications

• Friendly, outgoing personality and enjoy working with the public.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while staying organized.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Valid food handler’s permit or willingness to obtain one before your first day.
• Fluent English skills, as this is a guest-facing role
• Weekend availability is required for this role (Saturday and Sunday)
