Responsibilities

• Prepares quality beverages and food products consistently by following recipes and presentation standards.
• Maintains a clean and organized workspace so partners can locate resources and products.
• Contributes to positive team environment by communicating morale and performance to the supervisor.
• Delivers legendary customer service by putting the customer first and responding to needs.
• Assists in new partner training by positively reinforcing successful performance.
• Maintains regular and punctual attendance.
• Anticipates customer and store needs by observing the environment and cues.
• Keeps calm during high volume or unusual events to maintain standards.
• Follows health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products.
• Other duties & responsibilities as assigned.
