Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience as a barista required.

• Complete Food Handling Certification as required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers while anticipating needs.
• Prepare and serve coffees, teas, and beverages per brand standards.
• Prepare and serve food items per location standards.
• Train and guide staff in coffee/food prep, service, and cash handling.
• Coordinate work assignments and ensure task completion.
• Operate register/POS and handle cash/credit card transactions.
• Balance cash drawer and prepare deposits.
• Maintain clean, sanitary coffee bar and work area.
• Stock beverage coolers and service ware; follow health guidelines.
