Qualifications

• Experience as a barista.
• Cash handling experience required.
• Basic math and counting skills.
• Supervisory or related role experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Willingness to follow dress code and recipes.
• English reading and communication skills; follow recipes.
• Food handling certification as required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist while anticipating needs.
• Prepare and serve coffees, teas, and beverages per brand standards.
• Prepare and serve food items per location standards.
• Train and guide staff in coffee and food prep, customer service, cash handling.
• May schedule and delegate work assignments to the team.
• Operate register/POS and handle cash/credit transactions.
• Balance cash drawer and deposits; follow cash handling policies.
• Set up/break down coffee bar and maintain sanitary work area.
• Stock beverage coolers, grab-and-go items, service ware, condiments.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
