Qualifications

• Experience as a successful barista.
• Previous cash handling experience.
• Basic math and counting skills.
• Supervisory or related role experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Ability to read and communicate in English and follow recipes.
• Complete Food Handling Certification.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with needs.
• Prepare and serve coffees, teas, and beverages per brand standards.
• Prepare and serve food items per location standards.
• Train and guide staff in coffee, food prep, customer service, and cash handling.
• Schedule and delegate tasks for the location.
• Operate register/POS and handle cash/credit transactions.
• Balance cash drawer and deposits.
• Follow cash handling policies.
• Set up and break down coffee bar and stations, and maintain cleanliness.
• Stock beverages, grab-and-go items, service ware and condiments.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
