Location: THE UNIVERSITY OF ALABAMA IN HUNTSVILLE - 56015002

Workdays/shifts: Weekends - afternoon/evening shifts. More details will be provided during the interview process.

Employment Type: Full-time

Pay Range: $17 per hour - $19 per hour

What You’ll Do:

As a Barista Lead, you will create hand-crafted, quality beverages and food, helping people smile and making an impact with your actions. You will operate cash registers and ensure work areas are clean.

Responsibilities include:

• Greet customers, take orders, and serve hot and cold beverages.
• Record sales, handle payments, and operate a cash register.
• Clean coffee machines, areas, and restrooms.
• Attend work and show up on time for scheduled shifts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You Bring:

• Team-oriented, adaptable, reliable, and committed to a safe working environment.
• Experience in customer service, food prep, sanitation, or inventory control preferred.
• Starbucks Barista certification may be required at some locations.
