WE LOVE OUR WORK.
  • Adheres to all departmental and property policies and procedures regarding guest service standards.
  • Determines guest needs and suggests menu items to enhance service and meet sales goals.
  • Prepares a variety of food and beverage orders according to established recipes and outlet standards.
  • Operates electronic cash register system to accurately and immediately account for payment transactions; transports monies to and from the main Credit cage. Counts money in register before and after each shift and properly records closing transactions.
  • Maintains cleanliness and supplies in side stations; cleans and wipes down workstation and utensils before and after each assignment.
  • Stocks foods in their proper place in food storerooms and rotates stock as necessary.
  • Cleans and sanitizes working/kitchen areas in outlets, both behind the line and in dining area.
  • Assures that tables are bussed and maintains dining area by returning tables and chairs to proper locations, as needed.
  • Assures that empty containers and rolling trash/cardboard dumpsters are taken to receiving dock, as needed. Monitors disposal of garbage and cardboard to respective dumpster at dock.
  • Sells non-food merchandise and maintains display.
  • Provides positive communication and uses Red Carpet Training skills with every patron and co-worker.
  • Performs duties in a safe manner; reports any potential safety hazards to management staff.
  • Performs any reasonable, temporarily assigned job duties outside the position’s job description, where, in the Company’s judgment, those duties are necessary in the interest of efficiency, productivity, or guest service.
  • Maintains strict confidentiality in all company matters.

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Prior customer service experience in a fast-paced environment preferred.
  • Previous cash handling experience a plus.
  • Ability to operate a P.O.S. System and/or adding machine and make change.
  • Must have strong written and verbal communication skills; must be fluent and literate in English.
  • Ability to work all shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime, as business needs dictate.
  • Ability to tolerate second-hand smoke, noise, and bright lights.
  • Ability to work at a fast pace in often crowded/noisy environment.
  • Must meet professional appearance standards as prescribed by company policy.
  • Employee is regularly required to stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to walk; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear.
  • The employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
