• Barista experience and latte art required

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a friendly and positive attitude
• Provide highest level of customer service for a memorable experience
• Take orders and provide recommendations
• Answer questions about menu and services
• Craft hot and cold coffee beverages (espresso, cappuccino, matcha latte, cold brew)
• Restock stations and keep them clean and organized
• Follow health and safety policies to ensure inviting environment
• Collaborate with manager and team to maintain smooth operations
• Support with additional duties as needed
