The ideal candidate has hospitality experience, barista latte art skills, and a passion for delightful customer service. You will multitask in a fast-paced setting, restock supplies, and collaborate with management to ensure a smooth, welcoming guest experience.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality/food service experience.
• Barista experience and latte art required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Fun and outgoing attitude with excellent customer service.
• Restock stations and keep the area clean and organized.

Responsibilities

• Welcome all guests into our stores with a friendly and positive attitude.
• Provide our guests with the highest level of customer service, ensuring a memorable and enjoyable experience.
• Take orders from guests and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
• Answer guests' questions regarding our menu and services.
• Craft a variety of hot and cold coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, matcha lattes, and cold brews.
• Restock stations regularly to ensure they are clean, organized, and fully stocked with necessary supplies.
• Follow health and food safety policies and procedures to maintain a inviting environment for guests and team members.
• Collaborate with your manager and team to maintain smooth operations and a positive work atmosphere.
• Support with additional duties as assigned.
