Job Description

To handle all payment transactions for all food/beverage, maintain well stocked shelves, keep ALS clean at all times and provide superior customer service.

Responsibilities

Essential Functions:

+ Familiarity with daily specialties

+ Handle all “point-of-sale transactions correctly in the Micros

+ Balance all work at the end of shift

+ Count change at end of shift and balance bank

+ Performs other duties as required by supervisor.

+ Know how to read all in house banquet events for upcoming business

+ Know where all items are kept in general storeroom and kitchen

+ Familiarity with all POS systems and bank procedures
