Job summary

Sodexo at Franklin & Marshall College in Lancaster, PA, is seeking a Barista II to craft beverages and foods, greet customers, and manage transactions with a focus on quality and service.

You will maintain clean work areas, operate a cash register, and support a welcoming, efficient guest experience while adhering to safety and sanitation standards. Flexibility with shifts is required.

Qualifications

• Previous related experience in customer service, food preparation, sanitation and inventory control is preferred.
• Starbucks Barista certification may be required at some locations.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, take orders, mix and serve hot and cold beverages such as coffee, espresso, cappuccino, café latte, tea, chai, fruit blends.
• Record all sales, collect payments and operate a cash register.
• Clean coffee machines, restaurant areas, restrooms and preparation areas.
• Attend shifts on time and be reliable; other duties as needed.
