Job summary

Company One Lifestyle, Ltd. is seeking a Barista to join our front-of-house team. You will operate espresso machines, grinders, blenders, POS systems, and other café equipment, while delivering friendly service and a warm welcome.

The role requires you to maintain a clean workstation, restock supplies, assist with opening/closing, and handle cash. Previous barista or cafe experience is preferred, and you must align with our values of Performance, Quality, and Teamwork.

Minimum Qualifications

Position will be based in Nashville, TN, Brier Creek, NC, Pflugerville, TX or Columbus, OH with occasional travel to local stores.
