Job summary

MOKAS Coffee & Eatery in Salina, KS is hiring Barista Team Members to welcome guests and serve beverages in a fast-paced, hospitality-driven environment. You will work across stations, help with food prep, and ensure a clean, friendly, and efficient service.

Part-time and full-time roles available; flexible schedules and opportunities to grow within JRI Hospitality. Starting pay ranges from $9 to $11 per hour, plus tips.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years or older and able to work in a fast-paced cafe environment.
• Excellent guest service with a friendly, welcoming attitude.
• Able to stand, walk, and move efficiently during shifts.
• Willingness to work at multiple stations including lobby, front register, drive-thru, and kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take orders with hospitality.
• Prepare beverages and food items to standard.
• Operate the register and assist with drive-thru as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in all areas.
