Hyatt Hotels Corporation at Spruce Peak, Vermont, is seeking a Barista/Cashier to greet guests, prepare a variety of coffee drinks, run the register and take food orders as part of a close-knit team serving guests from the local community and around the world.

Previous Barista experience is a plus but not required; we provide training and support. Pay rate is $17.50 per hour plus tips, with benefits after 30 days and perks like ski passes, golf membership, and complimentary Hyatt stays.

Formación

• Must be a People Person with the ability to create guest experiences beyond the expected.
• Excellent communication with team and guests.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, weekends and holidays.
• Must have or be willing to obtain Retail DLC certification by first day.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests and take cafe/food orders at the counter.
• Prepare a variety of coffee drinks and operate the espresso machine.
• Run the register and handle payments accurately.
• Assist with food orders and provide upsell opportunities.
