• Recommend coffee shop items to meet customer needs.
• Operate equipment in the coffee shop and maintain inventory.
• Check product quality, review sell-by dates and take action as needed.
• Label, stock and inventory department merchandise and report discrepancies.
• Stay current with promotions and safety guidelines and follow food safety regulations.
• Inspect equipment and report any maintenance needs to management.
• Communicate safety risks and incidents to store management.
• Handle high-paced environments and resolve conflicts calmly.
