Job summary

Spirit Mountain Casino in Grand Ronde, OR is seeking a Barista to craft quality coffee drinks and provide exceptional guest service. You will learn guest preferences, upsell items, and maintain a clean cafe environment in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include beverage preparation, order accuracy, cash handling, and delivering a welcoming experience to every guest. Prior barista experience is a plus, and various certifications may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent, and three months guest service experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous Barista experience preferred.
• Oregon Food Handler’s Certificate.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Health vaccinations may be required due to interactions with guests and public.

Responsibilities

• Provides quality beverages consistently for all guests, following prescribed recipes.
• Welcomes and connects with every guest, learning their names and preferences.
• Sells and serves a variety of beverages and snacks; upsells where appropriate.
• Handles POS transactions accurately and conducts cash handling.
• Maintains a clean, organized workspace and adheres to safety and service standards.
