Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Preferred: Restaurant, retail, or guest service experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver incredible guest service by greeting guests, taking orders and making recommendations.
• Hand-craft beverages to Caribou standard operating procedures.
• Heat, prepare, and serve Caribou food offerings; manage cash and follow cash-handling policies.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization; rotate between barista and guest service roles.
• Work with the team to anticipate needs and support one another.
