Job summary

Swig Tennessee TLK LLC is seeking daytime Team Members to join our fast-paced beverage and food service team. You will craft drinks, greet guests, and help keep dining spaces clean and inviting for every visitor.

We offer flexible hours, competitive pay up to $12-14 per hour including tips, and opportunities for growth. Must be at least 16 years old, have reliable transportation, and a food handler's permit.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering friendly, fast service in a food/beverage setting.
• Strong communication with guests and teammates.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliability and regular attendance.
• Food handler's permit and transportation are required.

Responsibilities

• Craft quality drinks and food by following Swig’s procedures.
• Greet guests with a smile and communicate clearly to ensure a smooth experience.
• Keep dining room, outdoor areas, and workspaces clean and organized.
• Assist with prep, stocking, and staging to maintain efficiency.
• Support to-go and delivery orders with accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain safety and sanitation standards and rotate stock as needed.
• Collaborate with team to meet goals and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Upsell add-ons and menu items to enhance guest satisfaction.
