Primary responsibilities include beverage preparation, greeting customers, crafting drinks, and maintaining station cleanliness, with secondary duties in food prep, restocking, and helping during peak hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or relevant training.
• Positive attitude and love for connecting with people.
• Experience as Barista or in customer service.
• Knowledge of sanitation regulations and food handling.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to gauge customers’ preferences.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Flexibility to work shifts, holidays and weekends.
• Food handler certification.

Responsibilities

• Beverage Preparation.
• Greet customers and provide outstanding customer services.
• Craft espresso-based drinks, teas, and specialty beverages.
• Ensure drink consistency with recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of the coffee station.
• Process payments via credit cards.
• Food prep and service of avocado toast and pastries.
• Restock ingredients and supplies.
• Clean and sanitize counters, equipment, and areas.
• Restock supplies and maintain store hygiene.
