Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a motivated team member for our Milford, CT store. No prior experience is required, and you will learn on the job while delivering quality beverages and food in a fast-paced setting.

You’ll engage with customers, take orders, prepare items to standard recipes or customized requests, and support store operations with a positive, collaborative attitude. Training and benefits are available from day one.

Qualifications

• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
• Provide quality beverages and food products; cash handling and store safety and security.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and respond to needs through clear, pleasant communication.
• Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customize as requested.
• Work on multiple tasks within the store during each shift.
