Job Summary

Summary: Prepares and serves coffee/espresso drinks and related food/beverages, following HACCP standards. Interacts courteously with customers and staff.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare espresso orders using standard measures and recipes.
• Enter orders accurately into POS; process payments.
• Replenish supplies and maintain cleanliness.
• Ensure proper presentation and temperature; follow HACCP standards.
• Maintain sanitation of equipment and workstation.
• Follow recipes and production standards for food prep.
• Keep display areas clean and attractive.
• Clean equipment and work area thoroughly after use.
• Greet and interact with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Serve quickly and efficiently, minimizing delays.
• Understand and explain menu items accurately.
• Assist in selling and upselling to customers.
• Ensure display foods are attractive and serve food neatly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
