What will I be doing?

A Barista greets guests and takes their orders for beverages and food in a friendly, professional manner to ensure guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include upselling, entering orders into a system, and handling transactions. Specific duties include:

1. Greeting guests and promoting orders, making and presenting drinks using standard recipes.
2. Inputting orders into the POS system and creating checks.
3. Handling cash, verifying charges, and balancing transactions.
4. Maintaining the coffee bar setup, including stocking and rotating products.
5. Responding to guest complaints tactfully and resolving issues.
6. Securing beverages, deposits, and balancing the cash drawer.
