Responsibilities

• Prepares espresso orders for customers using standard measures.
• Enters orders accurately into POS; accepts cash and card payments.
• Replenishes condiments and supplies while keeping the service area clean.
• Ensures proper serving temperatures and follows HACCP standards.
• Maintains sanitation of equipment, supplies and utensils.
• Greets customers and communicates items clearly to assist purchase decisions.
