Ascension Coffee Concepts LLC is seeking a Barista to deliver exceptional coffee experiences at our Dallas locations. The role emphasizes espresso preparation, latte art, and refined brewing techniques while expanding knowledge of coffee, tea, and hospitality.

This hourly position focuses on consistent quality and guest satisfaction. You will prepare beverages to Ascension standards, serve guests with warmth, maintain equipment, and grow skills in specialty drinks and customer service.

Qualifications

• Specialty coffee experience is a plus.
• Reliable transportation with the ability to travel between locations.
• Availability for nights and weekends.
• Strong leadership, team-building, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities and resourcefulness.
• Self-motivated with a willingness to take direction.
• Ability to stand for extended periods (~8 hours per shift).

About the role

The Barista is a vital member of the café team, responsible for delivering exceptional coffee experiences. They are expected to develop and refine their barista skills, including espresso preparation, latte art, and proper brewing techniques, while continuously expanding their coffee knowledge. Baristas uphold Ascension Coffee's standards by ensuring consistency and quality in every cup. This is an hourly position.
