Location: University of Central Oklahoma

We are hiring immediately for full-time and part-time Barista positions.

Address: 50 North University Drive, Edmond, OK 73034. Note: online applications accepted only.

Schedule: Full-time and part-time schedules; Monday through Friday. Hours may vary. More details upon interview.

Requirement: Prior barista experience is preferred but not required.

Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: Prepare and serve coffee/espresso drinks and related food and beverage items, following HACCP guidelines. Interact with customers and staff in a friendly manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare espresso orders using standard measures and recipes.
  • Enter orders accurately into POS; accept payments.
  • Replenish supplies and maintain cleanliness.
  • Ensure proper presentation, portion control, and serving temperatures.
  • Maintain sanitation of equipment and work area.
  • Follow recipes and standards for food preparation.
  • Greet customers courteously and ensure satisfaction.
  • Serve efficiently and explain menu items.
  • Assist in merchandising and food presentation.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
