Bon Appétit is hiring immediately for full-time and part-time BARISTA positions.

Location

Target Headquarters - 1000 Nicollet Mall, Minneapolis, MN 55403. Note: online applications accepted only.

Schedule

Full-time and part-time schedules; full-time Monday through Friday and part-time Tuesday through Thursday. Hours may vary. More details upon interview.

Requirements

Prior barista experience is required.

Pay Rate

$17.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Prepare and serve coffee/espresso drinks and related food and beverage items, handle food per HACCP standards, and interact courteously with customers and staff.

Essential Duties

1. Prepare espresso and other drinks using standard measures and recipes.
2. Accurately enter orders and process payments.
3. Maintain cleanliness and replenish supplies.
4. Follow HACCP standards for food safety and presentation.
5. Ensure sanitation of equipment and work area.
6. Serve customers efficiently and courteously.
7. Understand and explain menu items.
8. Assist in selling and merchandising.
9. Perform other duties as assigned.
