Job Summary

Makes and serves coffee/espresso drinks and related items, handles food per HACCP standards, and interacts courteously with customers and staff.

Responsibilities

1. Prepare espresso and other beverage orders using standard recipes.
2. Accurately enter orders into POS; accept payments.
3. Maintain cleanliness and replenish supplies.
4. Ensure proper presentation, portion control, and serving temperatures.
5. Maintain sanitation of equipment and work area.
6. Follow recipes and standards for food prep.
7. Greet and serve customers efficiently, ensuring satisfaction.
8. Explain menu items and promote sales.
9. Display foods attractively and serve neatly.
10. Perform other duties as assigned.
