Job summary

Bally's Lake Tahoe is seeking a team member to deliver top-tier customer service and maintain Bally’s standards across outlets. The role involves fast-paced interactions, accurate cash handling, and contributing to a friendly guest experience.

Candidates should have 1 year of customer service, 6 months cash handling, strong teamwork, and the ability to read, write, and speak English. Flexible to work various shifts, including holidays and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience.
• 6 months experience in a cash handling environment.
• Able to learn quickly and work well in a team environment.
• Able to build lasting relationships with guests and Team Members.
• Able to read, write, and communicate verbally in English.
• The ability to participate in strenuous labor.
• Exceptional customer service focus including attention to producing quality results.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations within area of responsibility and reporting potential issues to management.
• Provides exceptional customer service with prompt service, quality beverages and products.
• Maintains assigned outlets throughout the day to ensure everything is acceptable to Bally's Lake Tahoe standards.

Target Salary Range:

$18.00 per hour
