Job Summary

Summary: Prepare and serve coffee/espresso drinks and related food and beverage items. Follow HACCP standards and interact courteously with customers and staff.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare espresso orders using standard measures and recipes.
• Enter orders accurately into POS; accept payments.
• Replenish condiments, beverages, and supplies; maintain cleanliness.
• Ensure proper presentation, portion control, and temperature standards.
• Maintain sanitation and organize equipment and utensils.
• Follow recipes and production standards for food preparation.
• Keep display equipment clean and neat during service.
• Clean equipment and workstation thoroughly after use.
• Greet and interact courteously with customers, relay concerns to supervisors.
• Serve efficiently, prevent delays, and explain menu items accurately.
• Assist in merchandising and serving food attractively.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
