• We are hiring immediately for a full-time BARISTA position.
• Location: Electronic Arts - 250 Shoreline Drive, Redwood City, CA 94065. Note: online applications accepted only.

Job Summary

Prepare and serve coffee/espresso drinks and related food and beverage items, following HACCP standards. Interact courteously with customers and team members.

Essential Duties

1. Prepare espresso drinks using standard measures and recipes.
2. Accurately enter orders into POS; accept payments.
3. Replenish supplies and maintain cleanliness of the service area.
4. Ensure proper presentation, portion control, and serving temperatures.
5. Maintain sanitation of equipment and utensils.
6. Follow recipes and production standards for food preparation.
7. Keep display and work areas clean during service.
8. Greet customers courteously and address their concerns.
9. Serve efficiently to prevent delays.
10. Understand and explain menu items clearly.
11. Use selling techniques to enhance customer experience.
12. Merchandise display foods attractively and serve neatly.
13. Perform additional duties as assigned.
