Responsibilities include:

• Preparing and serving coffee beverages like espressos, lattes, cappuccinos, etc.
• Engaging with customers, taking orders, and making recommendations
• Creating latte art and ensuring drinks are well-presented
• Maintaining cleanliness of work area and equipment
• Following health and safety standards to ensure product quality
• Upselling pastries, snacks, or merchandise
• Handling cash transactions accurately
• Providing friendly, efficient service to ensure guests feel welcomed

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Barista or similar role preferred
• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment
• Familiarity with coffee beans and blends helpful
