# Barista/Front of House ServerTwist Burlington - Burlington, MA 01803## OverviewSalary Range$15.00 - $17.00 Hourly## Description**FOH Server / Barista – Job Summary** We’re looking for friendly, energetic team members to deliver an exceptional guest experience both at the counter and on the floor. In this role, you’ll take orders, prepare beverages, serve food, and create a welcoming environment that keeps guests coming back.**Key Responsibilities:*** Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, responsive service* Take and accurately enter food and beverage orders* Prepare coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and other beverages to standard recipes* Deliver food and drinks in a timely manner (counter and table service)* Make menu recommendations and answer questions about food, beverages, and allergens* Process payments and handle cash/credit transactions* Maintain clean, organized workstations and service areas* Restock supplies, displays, and service stations as needed* Monitor guest satisfaction and respond quickly to needs* Assist with side work, opening/closing duties, and general café upkeep* Support teammates to ensure smooth and efficient operations## Qualifications**Qualifications:*** Prior café, barista, or serving experience preferred (but not required)* Strong communication and customer service skills* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment* Basic math and comfort with POS systems* Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs**What We’re Looking For:*** A genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience* Positive, team-first attitude* Ability to stay calm and organized during busy shifts* Willingness to learn, grow, and take on multiple roles* Attention to detail, cleanliness, and food safety
