Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and learn their names to create a positive experience.
• Take orders at the counter and over the phone; assist with product finding and questions.
• Prepare and replenish coffee shop products as needed during shifts.
• Monitor product freshness and appearance; follow production lists.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work area per department standards.
• Process payments at the register and handle invoices if needed.
• Work with teammates to ensure smooth operations and great service.
• Adhere to Hy-Vee dress code and company policies; support other areas as needed.
