Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Prior food service or customer service experience preferred.
• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quality beverages (coffee, espresso, tea) following established recipes.
• Greet customers, take orders, and provide a positive guest experience.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and stocked; restock supplies as needed.
• Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and related equipment safely.
• Collaborate with teammates to manage high-volume periods smoothly.
• Follow food safety guidelines and maintain a safe, sanitary environment.
