As a Fountain Worker, your role will include:

Job Responsibilities:

The Fountain Worker is responsible for greeting guests, providing excellent customer service according to outlet standards, taking and completing orders, handling cash transactions, completing side work, and unloading and storing warehouse deliveries.

Qualifications:

• Ability to communicate fluently in English, both reading and writing, in a professional manner.
• At least one year of guest service experience, preferably in a high-volume quick service, coffee shop, or concession stand environment.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage, and experience handling cash transactions on a Point of Sale system.
• Highly organized and efficient, with excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Must obtain and maintain any necessary licensing or work cards required for this position, now or in the future.
• Applicants must be 21 years of age or older.
