Job summary

Target is hiring a Starbucks Barista to provide a welcoming guest experience, prepare handcrafted beverages and food, and maintain food safety standards across shifts. You will handle order fulfillment, Drive Up support, and cashiering tasks as part of a fast-paced store team in Virginia.

Training is provided and reliability is essential. Candidates should enjoy helping others, stay organized under pressure, and be flexible for nights, weekends, and peak shopping times.

Qualifications

• Previous Starbucks/food service experience preferred, but not required.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed.
• Work both independently and with a team.
• Resolve guest questions quickly.
• Attention to detail and follow a multi-step processes.
• Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional guest experience by providing a fresh and abundant shopping experience during all hours of operations, prioritizing the guest’s needs over task.
• Uphold and maintain the execution of the Food & Beverage Standards.
• Execute food and beverage processes including food deliveries, replenishment, instocks routines, data accuracy, culling, rotation, cleaning, signing, and organizing, and storing reserve product.
• Always be aware of current promotions and apply them as needed.
• Follow Target and Starbucks routines to deliver a consistent guest experience while completing tasks efficiently and maintaining food safety.
