Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Customer Service experience.
• Knowledge of food preparation, sanitation, standards, and inventory control systems.
• Starbucks Baristas may be required to be certified.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with quick, friendly service and personalize interactions.
• Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, following recipes and specs.
• Maintain beverage and food item speed and quality.
• Educate guests about menu offerings and upsell.
• Handle cash: record sales, operate register, follow cash procedures.
• Maintain clean coffee bar and prep areas.
