Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and pastries
• Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere
• Take orders and process payments using POS systems
• Keep café clean and organized across counters and dining areas
• Restock supplies and assist with inventory as needed
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure timely service during peak hours
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Assist with catering or special events as needed
• Work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining quality
